The key is finding a healthy balance. Between 4-6 months, it is completely normal to wake up once or twice a night for a feed, some babies might still need 1 feed till 12 months old.
What if my baby wakes between 15-30 min before the 4 hours have passed?
Try to settle using our chosen method for 15 min and if baby is still awake offer the feed.
What if my baby did not have a full feed before bed?

It’s another clue that night feeds can start being reduced. If nighttime calories are not reduced, calorie intake during the day is highly unlikely to increase.
