1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all digital products and online courses ("Products") sold by Brave Little Baby (Pty) Ltd ("Brave Little Baby", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via www.bravelittlebaby.com and our Kajabi-hosted platform.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Brave Little Baby (Pty) Ltd is a company registered in South Africa. We offer digital products and online courses focused on infant and toddler sleep, routines, and parenting support. Our products are hosted on the Kajabi platform and delivered digitally.

3. Products and Digital Content
All products sold by Brave Little Baby are digital in nature. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Online courses and video content
- Downloadable guides, schedules, and PDF resources
- Bundled digital resource packages
All products are hosted on our Kajabi platform. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to access your content. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via the methods made available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however any change will not affect purchases already completed.
4.1 Payment Plans (ZeroPay)
We offer an instalment payment option through ZeroPay, allowing eligible customers to split the purchase price into 3 equal monthly payments. By selecting this option, you agree to the following:
- You authorise ZeroPay to debit the agreed instalment amounts on the scheduled dates.
- Access to purchased content may be granted immediately upon the first successful payment, at our discretion.
- If any instalment payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the relevant content until all outstanding amounts have been settled.
- ZeroPay's own terms and conditions apply to the payment plan agreement. Brave Little Baby is not responsible for any fees, charges, or disputes arising from your agreement with ZeroPay.
- The no-refund policy (Section 5) applies equally to purchases made via ZeroPay, regardless of how many instalments have been paid.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once access to a digital product or online course has been granted.
This policy applies to:
- All digital downloads
- All online courses and video content
- All bundled digital products
- Purchases made via payment plan (ZeroPay)

In exceptional circumstances (such as a technical failure on our part that prevents access), we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work to find a fair resolution, which may include restoring access or providing an alternative product of equal value.
6. Access and Licence
Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
This licence does not permit you to:
- Share, distribute, or resell the content to any third party
- Copy, reproduce, or republish the content in any format
- Use the content for commercial purposes or group delivery without our written consent
- Share your login credentials with others
All intellectual property in our products, including but not limited to course materials, videos, guides, schedules, text, images, and branding, remains the sole property of Brave Little Baby (Pty) Ltd.
7. Access Duration
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access to digital products and online courses is provided on a lifetime basis for the individual purchaser, subject to the continued operation of our Kajabi platform.
Brave Little Baby reserves the right to update, modify, or retire content at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
Access may be revoked without refund if these Terms are breached.
8. Disclaimer
The content provided in our digital products and online courses is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice.
Every child and family is unique. While we make every effort to ensure our content is evidence-based and accurate, Brave Little Baby (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes will vary depending on your individual circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Brave Little Baby (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, our digital products or platform.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
10. Privacy and Data
We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of processing your order and delivering your content.
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment (e.g. ZeroPay) or as required by law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our products following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
